Finding work for Harrow's Ugandan Asian refugees is likely to be a long-term problem, said Mr S.A. Wright, manager of Harrow Exchange, on Thursday.
"In the very long term, I am sure that training schemes will be the answer, once the Asians have got sufficient English to be able to assimilate the training." he said.
